In order to get going on Rack Performance you will need to have a computer, laptop or tablet as well as a way to present it. Whether it is on a flat screen TV or a projector it is completely up to you.
You will also need a way to connect the computer, laptop or tablet to the TV or projector. This can be done by using HDMI cables, Bluetooth, Chromecast or Apple TV.
If you plan to use the Rack Performance Mobile App, it can be found for a free download on both iOS and Android devices.
You are able to enter all of the athletes in your program at no additional cost.
To ensure easy navigation and an organized experience it is always best to archive old rosters you no longer use. This can be done by opening the roster you wish to archive on the Manager Rosters page. Once there you would select “Archive” from the blue TOOLS button.
You may have up to three additional users once you have an active subscription. If you wish to add more than the given three users, you may do so for an additional cost by contacting us at 913-735-0090 or reaching out using the live chat button.
Rosters can be imported from another platform by downloading/exporting the roster(s) with at least the first name, last name and email of each student on the roster to an .xls or .xlsx file type.
There are three different subscriptions available to choose from when deciding to purchase a subscription, the Workout Manager, Roster Manager and Rack Elite.

An athlete may view the weight they should be lifting for any workout as long as three things happen. The athlete must be in a roster, they must have testing data entered into a test period, and there must be percents entered in the workout they will be completing.
If the above three conditions are made the weight can be viewed by using Rack’s Sheet Builder and printing sheets or assigning the workout the to athlete(s) for them to access on the Athlete App.
There is a free downloadable Mobile App that both coaches and athletes can use. It can be found in the app store by searching for Rack Performance.
If you have a coach account, you will have access to test entry, your Rack calendar, your rosters, and the ability to view your workouts as well as the workout for an individual athlete in one of your rosters.
If you have an athlete account you will have access to your athlete profile and workouts that have been assigned to you.
If you have a question we are happy to assist.
Please feel free to reach out to us through the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any page on Rack Performance, by submitting a contact us form which can be found in the ? icon drop down in the top right corner of the page, emailing your point of contact at Rack or calling us at (913) 735-0090.
Workouts and workout folders can be shared with any coach on Rack by attaching them to a message in the Rack Messenger. The messenger is accessible from the small box icon located in the top right corner of your logged in account.
Rosters and testing data may be shared with another coach at your school by navigating to the Manage Rosters page. From there you can click on the share rosters button located in the bottom left corner of the page to select the roster(s) you wish to share as well as who you wish to share them with.
Once a roster is shared, the coach/coaches it was shared with can then view and edit the test scores from the test entry page and dashboard. Keep in mind, any changes to the test scores will be reflected on all accounts. You can also run reports using the shared roster and its data.
*Shared rosters will not appear on the manage rosters page. If you wish to have a roster with athletes from the shared roster, you will need to add them by using the + EXISTING ATHLETES button to add them into a new or existing roster so that you do not get duplicates and their scores and data are easily accessible.
Tagging your athletes is a great way to add sports positions to your rosters. With the tags feature you are able to create your own tags and subtags in order to associate a sport and position with your athletes.
Custom tags can be created and assigned to your athletes from the settings page.
